About the project
Hi, awesome Community Manager! 👋
I’m on a mission to connect Community Managers across 42 European countries, highlighting our diverse experiences, the power of collaboration, and growth opportunities. Through this project, I want to explore what drives community professionals, showcase their achievements, and collect valuable insights to inspire others.
Who Am I?
I’m Alla Zhdan, a Community professional with 10+ years of experience in IT, ML, DS, and AI communities. I’m passionate about bringing people together, sharing knowledge, and making community work more visible and valued. This project is my way of connecting Community Managers across industries and showcasing their incredible work.
The goal?
To help Community Managers learn from each other, share resources, and gain recognition for their impactful work. I want to know what inspires you, what challenges you've faced, and what advice you have for fellow community builders. Your story will be featured on my platform, The Community Media — a growing dataset of useful resources for Community Managers.
