List of free resources:

BlueSky apps

This website offers you three tools built into every Zoom meeting:

  • Timer (BlueSky Timer) - if you need to start the countdown correctly. The timer will be displayed in Zoom as another visitor, with a timer instead of a photo. That is, there is no need to track the time on the phone and show it to the camera. It is convenient for a task for a limited time because everyone at the meeting will hear a sound signal when the time runs out. The tool will help to conduct various games aimed at rallying. The timer was tested - it works well. There is a free period of use - 10 days.

  • Visitor collection (Attendance Tracker) - you can specify at which meeting minute the tool should collect data on meeting visitors. BlueSky offers a "simple report", but this tool has not yet been tested, so there is currently no information on what the report looks like. Options include enabling collection automatically or manually.

  • Participation tracker (Participation Tracker) - a tool that will track the time of each of the speakers to objectively assess the most active participant and encourage such a participant to spend time again actively at the following community gatherings.
